Questions

What does “tournament size” mean?

Boards around 19 inches or more from top to bottom, usually with large 44 to 45 mm checkers. Nova, Earth, Monte Carlo, PRIME, Atlas and FM Gammon are all tournament size.

What is a MagFit surface?

A removable playing surface held in place by magnets, so you can swap designs or replace a worn surface. Earth and FM Gammon boards use it.

Which board is best for travel?

Adventure is the most compact rigid board, Adventure+ gives more playing room with built-in trays, and Atlas rolls up at around 1 kg. If you want full tournament size on the road, look at Earth (leave the tray box at home) or PRIME.

Why are some boards marked Pre-order or Made to order?

You can order them now even though they aren’t on the shelf. PRIME ships as the next batch arrives, and FM Gammon boards are made for you by our partner workshop.
