Dear UBC Team,
First of all, I would like to thank you for addressing me with my name. I felt that I was being recognised. I’m also happy that you are asking for a feedback as well. There isn’t any issue with my purchase. However, it was not delivered 20 days ago as you have mentioned. It was delivered 2 months ago with a delay of 3 months. I’m sure your customer support is going to improve over time. Asking for a feedback after 5 months in year 2021 is a little longer than expected. If you are not taking customer and product reviews only into consideration as Backgammon Galaxy, I would also like to address an issue in return. Your website is among the top 2 in the market. However, your rating system is open to discussions even though it is a pioneer system. If a player succeeds to win against a player from the top 20 list and play 0.1 worst as pr, he or she can not acquire any ratings. I believe this is demotivating the players.
