Terms of service
The customization of a board requires additional steps to complete and a few limited extra terms will apply to the order
- A lead time of 1 week before shipping must be expected to account for fluctuating inventory levels of surfaces inlays and checkers.
- Logo surface print quality is dependant on the quality of the logo file. We may assist, and we can approve the quality of the file.
- Engraved boards are non-refundable items.
- The customer must expect that colors on a screen will not necessarily appear with the same hue in real life. Color appearance changes based on lighting, print technique and the colors on a screen look different across devices.
