Why Precision Dice?
Precision dice are used to guarantee the correct dice distribution of rolls. Unlike non-precision dice that have small holes for each pip, precision dice pips are flush with the surface and filled with the same material as the main body of the dice.

I did notice a significantly reduced glare. This is important for recording and streaming matches because the glare on the dice often makes them hard to see. I compared pictures with and without flash and they were still visible with a flash. When you touch the dice, you can feel the texture is different from traditional dice. They're not rough per se, just not as smooth. This is due to the material they use to make the dice, and this is what reduces the glare.
If you want dice with minimal glare for recording or streaming matches, i highly recommend it.
